Tradition Refined

Craft Reborn

A bartender holds a bottle of Connecticut Distilling Fort Hill, a craft bourbon, and in the other hand holds a Fort Hill cocktail with a cinnamon stick and orange peel in the cocktail. The bartender is wearing a beautiful black and wire apron, with a black tie and white button down. In the background, an antique shelving unit holds additional bottles of Connecticut Distilling bottles.

Welcome to Connecticut Distilling, where the art of transforming beer into whiskey isn't just a process; it's a passion rooted in the rich traditions of whiskey-making.

The Alchemy of Transforming Beer into Whiskey.

Connecticut Distilling uses a state-of-the-art process to create its unique spirits. Using reclaimed beer from our brewery partners, we use a sustainable distilling process that allows us to repurpose ingredients like sugars, yeast, and flavorful components for distilling. Recreating these flavors from scratch would be costly, but utilizing these tasty compounds from brewing materials marries sustainability with innovation, resulting in something exceptional. That is tradition refined, craft reborn.
