Each workshop participant will get a 10” palm leaf board and will be supplied with everything needed to build a delicious Charcuterie creation.
Instruction is hands on, step by step learning where participants learn trending techniques such as the salami rose, river and suggestive pairings as well as a brief description/ history for each cheese.
